Calm Parenting During Covid 19 - Webinar by Raising Resilience

Attached are details of a forthcoming  parent webinar that have been shared with St. Andrew's and that you might find of interest.

Calm Parenting During Covid-19 - About this Event

Parents and carers are having to manage many different stresses during Covid-19, whether that is working from home, financial concerns, their own worries about the current situation, their own health or that of family members, as well trying to look after their children's emotional, physical and mental well-being. It is no wonder that many parents are feeling more stressed and under pressure at the moment.

Staying calm as parents is key in helping to reduce conflict and power struggles in our families. This masterclass gives parents practical tools to stay calm and manage big feelings so that they can stay in control, feel more able to cope and help their children to navigate the current challenges more smoothly.

This webinar is particularly aimed at parents and carers of primary aged children although the ideas can be helpful for those with children of all ages!

A time limited link to a recording of the webinar will be sent to all those who have bought a ticket shortly after the event.

Registration information can be found here: https://raisingresilience.eventbrite.co.uk.

The webinar is on Tuesday 1st December from 12.00pm - 12.45pm.
